When I created these two colors, I couldn't help but think of the vibrant pinks and yellows that the old New Orleans buildings once were, and how they'd now faded to almost neutral, earthy tones that felt like they belonged as part of the landscape. The abstract and asymmetrical elements play on the tension that is the old city- the way that the history and the art balance one another, while clashing whenever appropriate.
